back home

so, after a long day of travel that started at a hostel in Milan at 5 in the morning, i’m back home in greensboro, north carolina. as great as the travel was, home is good too. i saw a cast of chopin’s hand at la scala in milan. it was very thin.
i have a pretty busy month coming up. here’s what i’ll be up to:
- two shows: August 10th at Maya Gallery with Justin Peake and others. August 14th at BCHQ in Durham with Khristian Weeks.
- moving into a new home with Reed Benjamin and Matt Northrop.
- drinking a lot of black, american coffee.
- not eating pasta
- moving into a great rehearsal space near downtown greensboro
- recording a new album of entirely new works.
- editing/recording a series of miniatures for clarinet and violin
- various tasks for full spectrum records
- etc.
